Are you a practitioner seeking to increase your knowledge when supporting autistic people with co-occurring mental health concerns?

This two-day online training course introduces you to a “Model of understanding the high rates of self-harming and suicides amongst autistic people.” This course will ensure that you have access to the knowledge, skills and tools to both spot the signs and provide early tailored support.

You can take this course as a stand-alone course or as Module 11 in the BPS Approved Certificate and Diploma in Autism and Mental Health. All course materials are available online via a learning management platform so you can complete at your own pace and time.

Lesson 5:      Autism and suicide – evidence-based approaches

Lesson 6:      Resources and Skills (creating safety)

Lesson 7:      Resources and Skill (increasing awareness and regulation)
